TRINIDAD
Rum
This single cask rum was distilled in January 2010 near Port of Spain in Trinidad, the most southerly island in the Caribbean.
It has been aged for 12 years in American oak barrels sourced from the southern state of Tennessee.
Trinidad is renowned for producing rums with a lighter, more delicate character than those of its Caribbean neighbours, complimented here by the soft vanilla sweetness of American oak.

Tasting notes:
Cream soda on the nose, with poached pears on the palate, giving way to a finish of gingerbread and hazelnut.
