Malt Whisky
This single malt whisky was distilled in April 2008 near the village of Carron, Speyside, one of the most renowned whisky-producing regions in the world.
It has been aged for 13 years and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask sourced from the historic Andalucían city of Jerez.
This particular distillery is renowned for the heaviness of its spirit, resulting in a flavour profile that it is rich and almost smokey in character. Usually reserved for blends, here it is complemented by the dark fruits and roasted, chocolatey notes present in Spanish oak.

Tasting notes:
Cola bottles on the nose, with rich dark chocolate and espresso on the palate, and a hint of white grape. Warming cinnamon lingers on the finish.
